The Nightscaping® Estate Series 6×6 Grove design bollard draws its inspiration from the elegant and beautiful Aspen Grove trees which grow naturally in the mountains and gardens of the Western United States. Older than the massive Sequoias or the biblical Bristlecone Pines, the oldest known aspen clone has lived more than 80,000 years on Utah’s Fishlake National Forest. Not only are they considered to be the oldest living organism on Earth, weighing in at an estimated 6,600 tons, they are also the heaviest. The Grove tree variety is also referred to as a “Quaking Aspen” due to the characteristic nature of its leaves which appear to tremble in the wind.
